Olmsted Works

Community Job Fair

April 12th

The job fair will be held at Olmsted Falls High School in the main gym from 2:46 to 5 pm. Job seekers from Olmsted Falls and the surrounding communities are invited to attend. The first 45 minutes will be reserved for Olmsted Falls High School students and the remaining time will be open for both high school and adult job seekers from surrounding communities. Employers seeking interns, seasonal, part-time, and full-time work are welcomed.

Marion L. Steele High School Career Fair

May 12

The job fair will be held at Marion Steele HS on May 12th from 11:30-2:30 pm.

Our goal is to expose all students to careers and jobs in the area. We would have a table set up for each business/employer and they can have a display to attract students to come to speak to them so they can learn more about fields of interest and opportunities available. Economic Forum

Join members of the Lorain County Growth Partnership, Economic Development Influencers and Professionals for an economic forum with Ned Hill, Nationally recognized Economist at The Ohio State University John Glenn College of Public Affairs. He will provide an economic outlook with a focus on workforce and talent development.


We will also be kicking off National Community College Month with remarks from LCCC President Dr. Marcia Ballinger.
