Are you struggling to attract talent and retain your workforce? Is your company having trouble meeting demand due to a lack of available talent?
In the ever-changing landscape of workforce development, companies need to implement best practices in their attraction and retention strategies to become an employer of choice. SMART manufacturing and new technologies increase these workforce demands.
Led by Denise Ball, a Workforce Development Specialist for Tooling U-SME, this session will include recent retention reports that make a compelling business case for learning and development in your multigenerational workforce. We will discuss best practices in onboarding and on-the-job training that can directly impact your retention rates and keep employees engaged.
This session includes an interactive Round Table to brainstorm how we can all be a part of the solution, and discuss resources available to help companies
Lorain County Manufacturing Sector Partnership (LCMSP) is a Network of Manufacturing Companies working together to promote manufacturing and grow a skilled workforce and a 501(c)(3) organization.
