LCMSP is comprised of local manufacturers who have come together with the goal of raising awareness of the many career-path opportunities available right here in Lorain County.  To accomplish this, we work with county and state agencies, educational institutions, and one another by sharing ideas, solutions, and developing resources helping to grow a skilled workforce that benefits member companies, local economies, and individuals looking to improve their lives for themselves and their families.



Sometimes it takes a village, and membership in the LCMSP is the first step towards achieving this goal.
